Data controller

Din Boligmegler AS (org. no. 988 665 533), Kongsveien 96 B, 1177 Oslo, is the data controller. The managing director holds overall responsibility; day-to-day follow-up is delegated to a GDPR coordinator. Questions: post@estateoslo.no.

What we collect

What we collect depends on what you give us: name, phone number, email, possibly company name and address, and any comments or questions. The website forms only send data with your consent.

Purposes

We process personal data to fulfil agreements to sell clients' homes, to market properties and our services, and as part of the agency's control measures.

Storage

Data is kept no longer than needed for its purpose or legal obligations. Norwegian estate agency regulations require us to keep assignment documents for ten years. Data is stored in Norway and the EU/EEA.

Sharing and processors

We share data with public authorities when required by law, and otherwise only with processors under a data processing agreement. Nothing else is shared without your consent.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. Links to FINN.no, Google Maps and the insurer follow their own policies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
